All sessions, consultations, and pre-session screening calls are non-refundable. Your payment secures a reserved time, preparation and energetic container that cannot be transferred once booked.

Reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, are forfeited without refund or reschedule.

Emergency exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of the practitioner and are not guaranteed.
